Orientation Participants
- As a result of participating in the UIC Orientation program, incoming students will leave with a familiarity to campus and its resources.
Alignment with Divisional Learning Goals: Self-awareness - By attending UIC Orientation, incoming students will gain a sense of connectedness to their peers as well as current faculty and staff at UIC.
Alignment with Divisional Learning Goals: Belonging - As a result of attending UIC Orientation, new students will gain a sense of pride for attending UIC.

Orientation Leader
- As a result of being an Orientation Leader, students will be able to identify and apply transferable skills learned on the job to future career aspirations.
Alignment with Divisional Learning Goals: Skills to be real world ready - Through completing the Orientation Leader experience, students will be able to apply strategic thinking and problem-solving skills related to decision making in their personal and professional lives.
