Data Request
This form allows Student Affairs staff to request institutional data for assessment, planning, and programmatic purposes. We will provide data files through Box within 5 business days. We can only provide data that you have permission to access. Only Student Affairs staff can make a data request. If you are not a Student Affairs staff member, or, if you need official UIC data, please contact the Office of Institutional Research.
